• Cheesed / Cheesing — Angry, annoyed, or deeply irritated. To say someone is "cheesing" you means they're making you angry — the intensity ranges from mild annoyance said flatly to real anger when it's shouted.
• Chirping / Chirp — Trash talk — an insult or dig thrown at someone, especially rooted in Canadian hockey culture where players "chirp" opponents. In everyday Toronto speech it just means friendly (or not-so-friendly) roasting.
• Dry — Blunt, unenthusiastic or straight-up boring — describing a person's response or a whole situation with no energy to it.
• Mix Up — Being wishy-washy, flaky or sus (suspicious) — someone who can't be trusted to be straight with you.
• Nize — To be quiet or stop talking — an imperative, usually heard as "nize that" or "nize your beaks" (beaks meaning mouths).
• Opp Block — The block or area belonging to your opps — enemy territory.
• Opps — Short for "opposition" — enemies, rivals, people you're beefing with.
• Peak — Something unfortunate, unfair or genuinely bad. "That's peak" means "that sucks."
• Wasteman / Waste Yute — Someone lazy, unmotivated or generally useless — a "waste yute" is the younger version of the same insult.
• Weak — Lame, disappointing, not up to standard — a step below "peak" but the same general idea.
