Aura at College Park
The last building in a residential complex begun decades earlier became, on completion in 2014, the tallest residential tower in the country — a very different kind of record from the bank-owned office towers nearby.

Aura is a mixed-use skyscraper at 366-388 Yonge Street, built between 2010 and 2014, standing 272 metres tall across 78 floors. It is the final phase of the Residences of College Park, a series of condominium buildings built in stages in Toronto's Downtown Yonge district.

As of 2018, Aura is the tallest residential building in Canada — a very different kind of record from the bank-headquartered office towers that dominate lists of Toronto's tallest buildings, reflecting how much of the city's recent vertical growth has been driven by condo development rather than corporate headquarters.
